SMS/800 TFN Registry User Interface (UI)

In this session, Kerry Klesalek from the Somos Help Desk introduced us to the exciting new SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry User Interface (UI). The new interface, which was built largely-based on user feedback, features an abundance of benefits to optimize customer experience and streamline how you administer your Toll-Free Numbers. In his presentation, Kerry showcased the full functionality that the new interface boasts. Included in this is an updated number administration portal where you can reserve Toll-Free Numbers, one click activate and more as well as an improved customer records portal that provides a starting point for provisioning Toll-Free Numbers as well as a space where you can help manage service control points. Overall, the session provided an insider’s look into all the exciting new benefits the improved SMS/800 TFN Registry UI offers. From a convenient and secured access to a faster, customizable interface to a more responsive design, the new SMS/800 TFN Registry UI is destined to help users administer Toll-Free Numbers more easily than ever.
SMS/800 TFN Registry New Analytics Reporting

“Everything starts with data,” opened Judy and Diane’s session on the all new SMS/800 Toll-Free Number (TFN) Registry Reporting Platform. Powered by Tableau, the new platform is greatly enhanced and provides a number of new features including robust analytics, expert data visualization and a customizable interface. The session, which included a live demonstration, focused on the six top enhancements that the new platform has to offer. These include:
An improved interface that is much more user friendly and navigable
A number of available customizations that allow users to create a look and feel to suit their needs
All new data filters that allow you to find the data you’re looking for when you need it
Intuitive visuals that maximize data visualization
Near real-time data refreshes every 15 minutes or LESS (versus the previous turn-around of 24 hours)
Improved data limits expanded from 100,000 to 400,000
In addition to the above, the overall performance of the system has been upgraded. From the addition of complex report processing to customizable data filters to engaging, interactive charts and graphs, the new reporting platform is destined to maximize the way you process business intelligence and data analytics.

Attendees found out first-hand how text enabling your Toll-Free Number can help unlock a host of capabilities that optimize productivity, efficiency, and the bottom-line.
RouteLink Preview

The final Pre-Event Session of the day provided a get-to-know-you session with RouteLink and featured new product updates and benefits. We all know and love RouteLink and have come to rely on its exceptional offerings. With its new Call Processing Record (CPR) Viewer and API version 2.0, RouteLink is improving the way we leverage our network intelligence to identify best call routing. In a live demonstration, Lalitha showed how the CPR Viewer was interactive and provides improved data visualization. Additionally, she explained the new API version 2.0 and how it’s easy to read JSON format made for effortless data interpretation.
