Daniele Levy

Daniele Levy, Somos' Senior Vice President and Chief Legal & Trust Officer, leads strategy development efforts working across the organization to guide identification, prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives.  This includes leading a coordinated enterprise risk management program which helps inform strategic execution and business operations and overseeing key risk areas such as information security, IT, compliance and crisis management.  Daniele leads a legal team that advises management on all legal aspects of the company’s operations, including intellectual property, privacy and compliance, strategic partnerships, commercial contracts and employment.

As Corporate Secretary, Daniele also advises the company’s Board Chair and Board of Directors on all aspects of corporate governance.

Daniele joined Somos in 2016 and brings over 25 years of experience as a corporate lawyer providing strategic, legal counsel to high growth companies in a variety of industries. Daniele earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Bates College.
