Since the inaugural event in 2015, the Toll-Free User Summit (TFUS) has been a guiding force in driving innovation, collaboration and knowledge exchange in the Toll-Free community. Through industry keynotes, educational sessions and more, TFUS has long provided a platform to inspire invention and advancement.

While there is still a lot of uncertainty on the future of in-person meetings and events, we welcome the opportunity to switch things up and, for the first time ever, offer a 100% virtual Toll-Free User Summit experience! The new format provides an exciting opportunity to improve participation by eliminating the scheduling, financial and logistical barriers that often go hand-in-hand with business travel.

That said, we’re conscious to the fact that the novel coronavirus outbreak has brought its own host of challenges, amongst those budget limitations.
