SomosID Features

As of March 31, 2024, SomosID™ for IoT includes the following services:

• Device Registration

• Global Search

• FCC Certification Verification

• NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD) Integration

• Home Local Register (HLR) Information

• Manufacturer Hardware Bill of Materials (HBOM) Information

• Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) Partner Integration

  • SBOM analysis (NIST SBOM analysis level 5) (if firmware is not uploaded to Somos).

  • NIST SBOM analysis level 4 and CycloneDX SBOM download (if unencrypted firmware or encrypted firmware with decryption keys are provided to Somos). Some images may require additional processing and charges based on complexity. An exhibit of supported firmware image types is included in a FAQ on www.somosid.com.

  • Daily Global SBOM vulnerability and exploit notification services from an extended network of vulnerability intelligence sources. These will be provided for the life of the firmware image’s deployment in the Company’s network.

• Company Lifecycle Platform Integration (if Company provides Somos the necessary access and integration support):
