TFNRegistry™ Student Guide Request

Overview: 
Students that are unable to attend a classroom training session have the option to complete the On-Demand Self Study. Student Guides are available in PDF format for a fee of $60. Students can study at their own pace and schedule time with a Somos Trainer to complete the TFNRegistry™ Certification Exam to become a Responsible Organization.

• Introduction: Overview, Capabilities and Features
• General Procedures: Login, Menus, Pages
• Number Administration: Number Search and Reservation
• Customer Administration: Customer Records, Pointer Records and Template Records
• Automation features
• Reporting Features

Prerequisites:

• Users should be familiar with the concepts and terminology of telephone networks and Toll-Free services.
• Service Establishment Application must be completed prior to requesting the Self Study Student Guide. Certified Resp Orgs are welcome to request a copy at any time.
