The Texting & Smart Services (TSS) Registry provides Toll-Free Service Providers with access to functionality and features needed to register Toll-Free Numbers for messaging and it is constantly being updated to fit your critical business needs.

The TSS Registry is ever-evolving and in this latest release Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) will continue to have visibility into text enabled Toll-Free Numbers and will now experience shorter activation times for enterprise customers The changes include:

• Immediate Enablement of New Toll-Free Number Text Enablement Requests:
  New requests to text enable Toll-Free Numbers will be enabled immediately. Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) will still be notified for validation and have the authority to approve or reject the request as they do today. The new process will allow shortened activation times for enterprises while maintaining Resp Org visibility.
• Additional Service Registrar Ownership Change Notification:
  When a request to change the Service Registrar ownership of a text enabled Toll-Free Number is received, the losing Service Registrar of record will receive same-day notification of the pending change.
