Gene Lew is the Principal Architect at Salesforce where he leads the company’s messaging initiatives.  He has over 25 years of technology management and engineering experience in a variety of industries including mobile, internet, software and telecom. Before joining Salesforce, Mr. Lew was CTO and a co-founder of Heywire, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2016.

Mark Bilton-Smith is the President of ATL Communications, a leader in Toll-Free number management.  During his 30 year career in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Bilton-Smith has founded four companies and been a force for growth and innovation in the industry.
