New TFNRegistry™ Updates and Features Now Available
Unique user experience and enhanced performance take center stage in the latest TFNRegistry™ release. Learn more about the new system updates and features that have been made to help enhance your Toll-Free Number management and administration:
*NEW* Dashboard Tile for Incoming and Outgoing ROC Requests
When a user logs into the system, they can now quickly see incoming and outgoing Resp Org Change (ROC) requests that are either still open, pending or overdue. Having this at-a-glance viewing option will save users time, as previously, they had to click through a series of menu options to obtain this information.
*NEW* “Release Library: Submission History” Menu Item
With the addition of this new menu item, users gain easy access to important information and forms in the TFNRegistry and you no longer need to go to the Somos Portal Website to obtain this information. You can easily access Help Desk request forms and you have the ability to retrieve, view and modify previously submitted Help Desk request forms.
*NEW* ROC System Updates
While most ROC requests must be submitted through the ROC System (located in the "Resp Org Change Tools" section of the TFNRegistry), there are some circumstances where a ROC Help Desk Intervention (also known as HDI) request can be submitted directly to the Help Desk. Some of these special circumstances include Toll-Free Numbers that are classified as a Special Number(s) (e.g. BRCUD, BRDUP, BRRCC) and a Toll-Free Number that is classified as a Disconnected Number that is associated with a Disconnected Resp Org (e.g. BRDXX (where XX is 01 through 99)).
*UPDATE* API Key
Moving forward, when using the Production TFNRegistry or Sandbox TFNRegistry API, the “Renew” option for API Key users is no longer available on the User Control (URC) page. This option allowed API Key users to renew the API Key before the expiration date. Note that codes for API Keys can be generated at any time.
