New TFNRegistry™ Reporting and Process Updates You Don’t Want to Miss!

Maximizing efficiency was a top priority when developing the most recent updates to the TFNRegistry™. Learn more about how the system advancements can help optimize your Toll-Free Number management and administration experience:

*NEW* Number Administration History Report

The Number Administration History Report allows a user to look up the history of a number and has traditionally been located within the Somos Portal Website. With the recent release, this feature has been integrated into the TFNRegistry, allowing users a more agile way  to search the history of Toll-Free Numbers without having to access two systems.  

As a user of the TFNRegsitry, your Number Administration History Report will now have the capability to include the history for up to ten numbers at a time, increasing efficiencies of the lookup process.  

The original Number Administration History Report will remain available in the Somos Portal Website for those who are not users of the TFNRegistry.

*NEW* ROC System Updates

Providing a one stop shop for operations and an improved user experience is of our utmost priority, which is why starting August 28, 2023, the Help Desk Intervention (HDI) request process/function will no longer be available in the Somos Portal Website and will be accessed exclusively via the TFNRegistry. For all future HDI requests, users can leverage this function directly through the TFNRegistry. Simply click on the Resp Org Change Tools section and follow the prompts.
