A collage of new features, functions and capabilities, including analytics that help Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) increase performance and maximize efficiency. 13 New Feature Enhancements
Available in Sandbox for Testing September 9-20, 2019
The transition to a cloud-based platform was only the beginning of the long-term plan to modernize the SMS/800 TFN Registry and drive the future of Toll-Free. In its next release, slated for September 23, 2019, the SMS/800 TFN Registry will benefit from a series of updated features and functionality. The new features were developed to address customer requests for additional Number Administration, Customer Record Administration and new SMS/800 TFN Registry Reporting capabilities.
WBA Functionality Improved
with Addition of 6 Mass Automation Screens
In addition to the new features scheduled for release in the SMS/800 TFN Registry, the mass automation screens and functionality have been added back to the Web Based Access (WBA). These screens include the Multi-Dial Number Query, Multi-Dial Number Resp Org Change, Automation Job Review and more!
