Rachael Methal

Rachael Methal is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Somos, Inc. Rachael is responsible for overseeing Somos’ financial strategy and long-term vision. She is an accomplished financial executive with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, finance, strategic planning, and operational management. With a focus on technology finance, business development and growth, Rachael has supported organizations with revenue from $15 million to $5+ billion and staffs from 50 to 5000. Rachael’s experience is supported by B.S. in Accounting, M.B.A. in Management–Organizational Behaviorism and International Business and Doctoral coursework in Management Science and Strategic Planning.

In her free time, Rachael is passionate about supporting and empowering our future leaders. She is active with the Girl Scouts of America and currently serves as the Chair of the Board of SuperYou FUNdation, an educational arts-based non-profit organization for youth to embrace their inner superhero qualities and use them to help inspire and impact their communities.
