2021 Somos Summit Sponsorship Exhibitor Kit

General Information

This year’s Somos Summit will be held virtually Tuesday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

Conference Theme

The theme for the 2021 Somos Summit is "Rethink, Redesign & Renew." This theme will act as inspiration for the content presented throughout the event.

Deliverables Checklist (Upon Signed Contract)

• Brief (3-4 sentence) company bio
• Company logo in either PNG or EPS format

Opportunities Specific Checklist

• Submit speaker name, bio/photo, session title and description for Somos review and approval
• Submit PPT presentation for Somos review and approval (if applicable)
• Schedule two dry runs with the Somos Team

• Submit names for 5K registrations (five free passes are included in sponsorship package)
• All other event-specific logistics for the 5K will be handled by Somos – no action needed on your behalf

• Submit a 60 second graphic/video, or a 1 page PPT slide in Widescreen format (13.333 in x 7.5 in).  Ad must be received on or before September 24, 2021 

• Submit sponsored email as a complete HTML file.  Best way to share this is by putting the HTML in a WORD doc and emailing your SUBJECT LINE.
• Submit HTML one week prior to send date
• Specifications:
  • All images must be hosted by Sponsor
  • Images should not exceed 50 KBS
  • HTML should be no more than 600 px wide
  • Subject line should be no more than 65 characters long

• Submit sponsored email as a complete HTML file.  Best way to share this is by putting the HTML in a WORD doc and emailing your SUBJECT LINE.

• Specifications:

• Submit two ad copies – one sized for web and one for mobile
• Size specifications:
  • Web: 728x90 pixels
  • Mobile: 320x50 pixels
  • Ads should be in either PNG or JPEG format
  • Mobile: 320x50 pixels
